Thank you for shopping with With Love From Charm! We want you to love your new clothing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date indicated by your tracking number to request a return or report an issue with your order.

Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return, clothing items must be:
* Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
* Free of any stains, makeup, or pet hair
* Returned with all original tags attached

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us immediately within the 14-day window. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return
1. Contact our support team at charmingmarketing2018@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and the dedicated return address. Do not send items back to the address listed on your shipping package.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
